The Pflugerville ISD Athletics Department now requires all student-athletes to receive a Pre-Participation Physical, complete the UIL Medical History form, and complete the Rank One Online Participation forms BEFORE a student athlete participates in any practice, before, during or after school. Please refer to the new physical policy document below for more information and links to the required forms that must be completed.
